Are you increasing or decreasing your life force energy?
On a daily basis we all have a certain amount of available energy. Not everyday will have the same measure, and not every individual will have an equal amount. What is important here is tuning in to assess your energy level through body consciousness (not from the mind) and honoring where you are at.
Human design Sacral Center
Located near the bottom of the bodygraph, the sacral center carries the energy of vitality, sexuality, fertility, and persistence. It is life force energy.
If this center is colored in on your chart (defined) then you are automatically either a Generator or Manifesting Generator. Defined as the Builders of the New World, this is the center where you tap into the fuel to sustain you.
Human design SPlenic Center
As the oldest awareness center in Human Design, the gates of the Splenic Center hold valuable clues as to the role that fear plays out along our quest to embody more faith. In the world of energy, and universal laws, all things exist in balance and opposition to each other. One cannot truly learn faith unless they mindfully journey through the shadow aspects of their fears in order to discover their own truth.
