You have always been more than enough!
Inner Alchemy for Dec 19 - 25, 2025 as we move through the Gateway of the Behaviour of Self / Love of the Self through the teachings of Human Design and the Gene Keys.
This week’s energy asks you, “How deeply can you relax into your natural state of being?”
As a child you naturally knew how to play and have fun. You naturally knew when it was time for you to learn to sit up, to crawl, stand, and eventually walk. You didn’t need to be told to do these things - it just happened! It was a natural part of who you are and you trusted in your own timing, pace, and way of doing things.
To be your natural self is to be fully alive. It is to breath deeply and fully, relaxing within your body and mind. Essentially you are in harmony with the pulse of life and attuned to its guiding presence.
So why do many adults tend to no longer feel relaxed? Why are minds so full of worry, fear, and self-doubt? Why is the breath restricted and the energy within declining? Why does it feel like life is so hard and that perhaps your not going anywhere in life?
Why? Perhaps because you began to believe you were something other that your truth. You stopped being your natural self and started to become what you thought others wanted you to be.
Are you ready to come home to you?
