All too often we unconsciously do things for others that they are capable of doing for themselves. It might appear harmless enough, you may even convince yourself that it’s an act of kindness, but if you were to pause long enough to consider how your intuition is communicating to you it might reveal a new truth.
Is there a hint of annoyance or resentment? Is there a part of you that is loving the idea that someone needs you? Are you fueling up on the idea of being the rescuer, the savour, the nice one, the caregiver, the responsible one?
