How Does The Emotion Code Work?
The Emotion Code® is a gentle energy-balancing approach developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that is designed to help identify and release trapped emotional energy that may no longer be serving you.
During a session, we use a combination of intuitive guidance, a pendulum, and The Emotion Code® Chart to identify emotions that may be ready to be released. As we explore what arises, we are often able to determine whether the emotion originated from your own life experiences, was absorbed from others, or may be ancestral in nature.
The emotions that present themselves are those that are naturally ready to be acknowledged and released. There is no need to relive painful memories or revisit difficult experiences. Instead, the focus is on gently bringing awareness to what your body is ready to let go of.
Once identified, trapped emotions are released through a combination of breathwork, visualization, and working with the body's natural energy meridians. Many people describe the process as supportive, empowering, and surprisingly gentle.
Emotion Code® sessions are not about fixing you. They are about creating space for greater emotional freedom, self-awareness, and connection by supporting your body's natural ability to release what it no longer needs to carry.
What Might You Experience After a Session?
Many people describe feeling a greater sense of lightness, ease, or emotional relief after a session. Others notice subtle shifts unfolding over the days and weeks that follow as the body and nervous system integrate the release.
